One of the very popular fashion shows conducted at national level in India is the Lakme Fashion Week which is organized biannually in Mumbai.
Lakme Fashion Week was inaugurated in the year 1999 and since then has been known as one of the most popular fashion events of the country. LFW is organized in the month of February and August to cover up the entire fashion series for all seasons.
